Plan

3. Brief

Identify the need or opportunity, and write about it concisely.

Planning a Brief involves using understandings that you have gathered from investigating an Issue & Stakeholders. Our challenge is to write a statement outlining a problem to fix. We can do this when we have an idea about what is working, what can be improved, and how an existing product or system functions.

* Write down your understanding of where the project should go (without using too many words).

HOW TO WRITE THE BRIEF:

We should:
• Share the information and ideas we have gathered from people, and by observing the situation.
• Write a short statement about how to improve that system.
• Write a statement that can be read in one paragraph (The ‘Brief‘ will guide the development of your whole project).
